About Counselling at The Gentle Path with Shazia
Your Path, Your Pace

"I am a qualified, British Pakistani counsellor, and a registered member of the BACP. I work in a person centred way, offering a safe, confidential space, to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I became a counsellor because I have always believed in the importance of being truly heard and understood. At different points in my own life, I realised how powerful it can be to have a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings without judgement. This inspired me to train as a counsellor, so that I could offer that same support to others. I feel privileged to walk alongside people as they find clarity, strength, and their own gentle path forward.

Alongside my professional training, I also bring personal insight into the effects of domestic abuse, which informs my work with warmth and understanding."
